The double room was equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. The breakfast offered a variety of products. The staff were pleasant, polite, and provided excellent service. The hotel is centrally located, about a 10-15 minute walk from Nicollet Mall.

We were put on pilot level which didn't feel welcoming. Room, size atmosphere didn't match pictures on website. I felt we paid for location only.

The bed was very comfortable.

No GF options for breakfast except toast and granola. Would have liked a muffin or some other GF pastry.

The perfect place for a romantic escape! We loved being close to amazing restaurants and having easy access to Metro transit stations. The hotel restaurant and lounge were staffed with professional and friendly individuals. The TV's in our room were just right, and the bartender made sure we could hear the audio clearly. Additionally, the convenient location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Although there were some parties going on late at night, the noise was not extremely disturbing. However, we did notice the parking ramp was not fully utilized, but unfortunately, we had to park a distance away, which made it a bit inconvenient for my elderly friend.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in downtown Minneapolis for a weekend getaway with my wife. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge in our room, which wasn't mentioned in the room description. The separate sink and mirror outside of the restroom were a convenient touch. The $15 overnight parking fee was reasonable, and the QR code system made it hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic bartender, Dennis, at the Krona bar. He made our evening memorable and we will definitely be back to see him again. Lastly, the breakfast area staff, especially a wonderful woman who has worked there for 25 years, made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay ended on a high note.

I got a good price online for a Thursday night stay. The location is great for doing things downtown. Parking wasn't free but it was easy to deal with. Room was clean. WiFi was fast and reliable (and included, which I was looking for).

The room was comfortable and clean, but some of the sheen had started to wear off. Even downtown, I think it's strange to have to pay for parking at your hotel.

Incredibly beautiful and amazing hotel located in a good area next door to the stadium and downtown. Marvelous and favorable location right at a shopping mall. Great food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity. Huge and extremely spacious room with a pleasant view of a garden. Lots of food at breakfast, such as pastries and bakery.

The room was modern and nicely furnished, featuring a lounge area with a sofa and two double beds that exceeded my expectations. The location was great, just a couple of blocks from a shopping mall. All the services provided were good.

Thoroughly enjoyed the classic-style building. Our well-appointed and reasonably large room was a great feature. The central location close to music venues was convenient. It was next to all the business areas and the downtown, which was a big plus.
